Complete newbie or novice?

Brazilian jiujitsu has a whole raft of benefits for its practitioners, learn self defence, gain confidence, learn discipline, gain strength and endurance, lose weight burn calories!

We suggest you book and attend one of our fundamental for free classes at 5:30PM. The class takes new people through the basic skills of Brazilian jiujitsu giving them enough knowledge to be able to begin our classes. The fundamentals class runs for approximately 1 hour you should bring comfortable athletic clothing a towel and a bottle of water.
